Rother Valley Country Park MTB Trails

Fully waymarked country park network on the Sheffield and Rotherham border, with a 6.5km red XC loop, a 4km blue through Drift Woods, a 5km family green circuit round both lakes and the black Fort Elbow and Buzzard Banger downhill in Buzzard Wood. Digger's Downhill adds 650m and 27 berms within the red network. The clay base gets muddy, so a 10.5km hard-surfaced 'Avoid the Gloop' route covers wet spells. Developed by the Rother Valley Riders volunteer club with Rotherham Council; cafes, bike hire, toilets and pay-and-display parking on site.
