Pooley Mountain Bike Trails

Small volunteer-built site in Pooley Country Park on a reclaimed colliery tip near Polesworth. Three short purpose-built lines: an easy blue for newer and family riders, plus red and black downhill runs with jumps, berms and drops, kept up by regular dig days including a recent rebuild of The Booter. Pooley Park Mountain Bike Club and Community Ride Project CIC are fundraising for a dedicated skills area as phase one of a wider rebuild. Free parking and a cafe at the country park visitor centre; the trails are a short ride under the motorway bridge and over the canal.
