Poldice Valley Trails (Mars Trails)

Community-dug trails packed into the lunar mining landscape of Poldice Valley near St Day, widely treated as the unofficial heart of Cornish riding. The Mars dirt jump zone is constantly reshaped and runs from rollable tabletops up to big gap lines, with roughly a dozen steep hand-built downhill tracks alongside, studded with gaps, kickers, doubles and drops; the hardest ride black. Nothing is waymarked, so scout lines before committing and session with locals. The hard-packed mining spoil drains well and rides year-round better than most Cornish dirt.
