Pitmedden Forest

Long-standing unofficial gravity venue on the Perthshire/Fife border, a few miles from the M90. The compact forest holds far more trail than it looks: a criss-cross of non-waymarked blue, red and black descents that are short but fast and feature-packed, with root jumps, small gaps, drops, steep terrain and some sizeable road gaps. Named runs include Lumps and Bumps, Bagpuss, Send It and Rootmageddon. Built and maintained by the volunteer Pitmedden Trail Crew, part of the Tayside Trail Association. No facilities; park at the main forestry gate.
