Free downhill, freeride and dirt jump area in Paradise Woods on the edge of Eastbourne, inside the South Downs National Park. Four numbered tracks run from flat and flowy with a run-around on every jump (Track 1) through to the steep, off-camber Track 4, known locally as Death, plus a four-line dirt jump area with tabletops built in an old chalk quarry. Formally recognised by Eastbourne Borough Council and maintained by the volunteer Paradise MTB Group. The chalk rides best dry; there is no car park, so park considerately on Paradise Drive (BN20 7SX).
