Middleden Trails

Tight network in Middleden Woods across from Kirkcaldy High School, built and looked after by the volunteer, British Cycling affiliated Middleden Mountain Bike Club. Around 5km of riding once the sections are pieced together: green Revolver, blues Pistol Whip, Take Aim and The Barrell Roll, reds Get A Grip, Trigger Trail and The Deer Track, plus an orange-graded pump track and three dirt jumps. The trails link in combinations rather than as one signed loop, so bring a route or GPS. The club runs coached sessions for young riders and adult club runs. Park at the astroturf car park on Dunnikier Way and cross into the woods.
