Jedforest Trails

Waymarked multi-use network around Jedburgh on the edge of the Cheviots, developed by the volunteer Jedforest Trails group. The 40km Justice Trail is the long, challenging loop with berms, jumps and flowing singletrack; the 10.5km Dere Street Dash is family-friendly with some steeper rocky descents; and Lanton Wood adds 6.5km and 3.8km loops aimed at younger riders working on berms and jumps. This is a base rather than a centre, so expect a mix of natural and surfaced trail linked by forest track and tarmac, with cafes, pubs, shops and B&Bs in Jedburgh town and route maps from the tourist information office.
