Fineshade Wood

Forestry England site off the A43 between Stamford and Corby, with an 8km green-graded circular loop from the Top Lodge visitor centre and seven separate blue-graded skills sections running alongside it, so riders can dip in and out as their confidence grows. One of the better progression venues in the East Midlands and a good family day out, with a cafe and cycle hire on site. Links well with nearby Wakerley Woods.
