Bonaly Downhill and Mountain Bike Trails

Rider-built downhill lines on the wooded slopes of White Hill, directly above Bonaly Country Park car park on the northern edge of the Pentland Hills Regional Park. Runs take one to two minutes top to bottom with jumps, drops, roots and steep sections, and the area is known locally as The Nibbler. Everything here is unsanctioned, with building managed by the local riding community in consultation with the ranger service. The same car park is the gateway to longer Pentlands cross-country routes towards Capelaw and Black Hill. Parking charges now apply: £2.50 for two hours, £5 for the day.
