Billy Neill MBE Skills Park

Free purpose-built skills facility inside Billy Neill MBE Country Park on the Comber Road at Dundonald, a short ride from east Belfast. A mostly flat looped skills course runs through boardwalk sections, twisty singletrack, small jumps and berms, with a 180m pump track and 2.2km of wider cycle trails alongside. Built for technique and flow rather than descent — there is no gradient here — and aimed at younger riders progressing, though it makes a decent quick-lap session for anyone. Run by Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council, with car parking, an amenity building and changing rooms in the wider country park.
